Tweetables:

"It wasn't until the beginning of 2020, after having my second daughter, that my priorities started to shift. My husband and I were looking at our lifestyle; we were both working very demanding full-time jobs, and it just didn't allow the freedom and flexibility that we wanted to have with our daughters." - Savannah Arroyo

"There's so much taboo and stigma revolved around money, and a lot of embarrassment and shame, especially from healthcare professionals who are highly educated. They almost feel embarrassed to admit they don't know how to invest money. But honestly, none of us are taught that in school." - Savannah Arroyo

"Every single day we're so grateful for the freedom that real estate has provided in our lives. We just couldn't even imagine raising these little kids working those full-time jobs that we were working before." - Savannah Arroyo

About Savannah Arroyo

Savannah started her nursing career in 2014 – working in a variety of clinical settings including Oncology, Med/Surg/Tele, PreOp/PACU, Ortho, Cath Lab, Specials, GI Lab, and Non-Invasive Cardiology.  After receiving her master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration – Savannah spent much of her nursing career climbing the corporate ladder within the healthcare system, operating large departments and medical practices.

After Savannah had her second daughter in 2020, she began investing in Real Estate to build additional income streams for her family.  In two short years, she scaled a real estate portfolio so large that she was able to quit her full-time nursing job. Now she works a few days a month as a PREOP Nurse!

As she started sharing her journey on social media, she realized there was a HUGE gap in basic financial resources and education for nurses about investing – she is on a mission to close that gap!

Savannah is passionate about educating and supporting nurses to gain more insight and control over their finances.  She makes real estate investing accessible to nurses everywhere.  Savannah has raised over $3M for her real estate investments – allowing dozens of healthcare professionals the opportunity to passively invest in real estate.  She has coached many nurses into their first real estate deal.

As a resident of beautiful, sunny, Los Angeles, in her free time, Savannah can be found doing yoga and spending time at the beach with her daughters.
